The practice of yoga can bring balance to our busy and stressful
work day. Brisbane Yoga Studio’s Yoga at the Workplace program
can deliver the benefits of yoga including increased focus, mental
& physical strength, flexibility, better sleep, digestion
and clarity.
Your company’s own program may include some or all of the
following:
Brisbane Yoga Studio can conduct regularly scheduled on-site
yoga classes for students of any level of experience. These classes
may be scheduled anytime from 6:30am to 8:30pm, and vary in length
from 30 to 90 minutes. They are most effective when run as a weekly
series for a minimum of 5 weeks.
Equip your office with the tools to cope with the pressures
of success. Our Stress Management Workshops offer and teach meditation
techniques, breathing exercises, and simple yoga poses to quiet
anxiety, focus the mind, and create a sense of well-being and
relaxed awareness.
A healthy alternative to a coffee break, the Yoga
Break is a great way to help people stay alert and focused during
meetings or conferences. This 10-60 minute session features easy
exercises performed at your desk or at a conference table to relieve
neck, shoulder and lower back tension and reduce stress levels.
We also offer private one-on-one sessions
for individuals seeking personalized instruction. Beneficial for
people with unpredictable schedules or specific health issues
(e.g. allergies, insomnia, injuries).
